Annual Report (Current) (PDF)
This report is the Pooling Administrator’s Annual Report that
was submitted to the FCC for the prior year’s performance. This report includes all
contractual requirements such as the highlights and significant milestones for that year, as well as other performance reports.

Block Report
This report displays a list of blocks that are available, assigned or retained by State, NPA and Rate Center. On the Blocks Available Report blocks in RED are pending verification of activation in PSTN. Blocks in BLACK are conditional block donations and ARE NOT available for assignment.

The Block Report described above may be downloaded by region or for all regions.

NPA / Rate Center Reports
This report contains a list of rate centers by NPA. The list includes the rate center’s pooling status and if applicable the FCC top 100 MSA Name.

NPA / Rate Center Reports for All States
This report allows you to download a list of rate centers by NPA for all states. The list includes the rate center’s pooling status and if applicable the FCC top 100 MSA Name. The report will be downloaded in Excel format.


NXX Saved Report
A list of NXXs saved as a result of pooling.

Pool Tracking Report
A report selected by State and NPA showing forecast and usage information for each rate center within the requested NPA.

Rate Center Changes
A list of files showing when the pooling status designation changes on specific rate centers.  This report shows the date the status change was made and became effective.

Timeline Report
A list of Pooling Implementation events and dates for each State and NPA.
